Our hot bath team cleans the large bath and manages the hot springs every day. Every time a guest who has taken a bath says something simple like “that was good hot water,” I feel refreshed and it gives me the power to try my hardest the next day as well. In the future, I will strive to keep this up, without forgetting the basics.
