The aperitif for this month is orange liquor.
  • First Dish
    Three kinds of small bowls Spinach, tofu, field mustard, blossom-shaped carrot, yuzu,pillaret, mitsuba, shiitake mushroom, roe-tossed dish,and boiled monkfish liver
    As the first dish, we serve various appetizers with small bowls.

    Flounder, tuna, young yellowtail, marinated mackerel, and garnishes
    Flounder is now most seasonal.
  • Pot Dish
    Pot dish flavored with white miso, including trout, mizuna, burdock, kakinoki mushroom, carrot, and Japanese radish
    The miso is based on the white miso from Kyoto.

  • Simmered Dish
    Wheat dumplings, shrimp, king oyster mushroom, and starchy turnip sauce
    Gentle taste with a starchy sauce with grated turnip

    We serve marbled yellowtail harvested in the winter in the form of a salad.
